How do I add a bench?

From the map, tap the “+” button, place the bench at its location, add one or more photos, a title and some details, then confirm. Your contribution is reviewed before it appears for the community.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password”, enter your email address, and you'll receive a link to choose a new one. Remember to check your spam folder.

How do I report inappropriate content or a profile?

Open the bench, comment or profile in question, tap the menu (•••) then “Report”. Our team reviews every report and removes objectionable content, usually within 24 hours.

How do I block a user?

From their profile, open the menu (•••) then “Block”. Their content disappears from your feed immediately, and they can no longer interact with you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > “Delete my account”. Deletion is permanent and erases the data associated with your account.

Is Benchmap free?

Benchmap is free to download and use. Any optional paid feature would be clearly indicated in the app.
